Trish Abercrombie Ms. Abercrombie has 20 years experience in the areas of management, computer based team support, software support, and management reporting. She has worked in positions of management leadership, sales, engineering design, business development, and program management. Her core competencies include quality assurance, accounting, CAD design, HR/personnel management, and customer service liaison. For the past five years Abercrombie served as the Director of Program Planning and Management of Innovation Drive (ID), a business accelerator specializing in the commercialization of military and other forward-looking, progressive technologies. She supports the CEO in the daily planning and operations requirements of the varied programs the company manages. Her main focus is program support, development, and scheduling. She is adept in leveraging and implementing software to track and update engineering progress to ensure accuracy in data and reporting. She avails her efforts in support of market research and the effective allocation of resources to various programs and projects. Past positions of leadership have included work with Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Parcel Service. Current projects include work for the Department of Energy, the Coalition of Connecticut Clean Cities and several start-up companies.
